In accordance with article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Purchaser has 14 days from receipt of the order to return, at his/her own expense, the bandana(s) in their original condition and packaging (unworn, including all accessories and dust bag). The refund will be made within 20 working days of receipt of the bandanas in their original condition.

Orders placed on 1998simplemax.com may not be cancelled or modified. Please rest assured that you may always return your order upon receipt if you no longer wish to keep it.

Q21: I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
We kindly invite you to open a claim with your carrier and contact us. Please kindly note that any claim regarding the delivery must be submitted in 14 working* days following the delivery of the parcel
